If you use tags in your Shopify store to categorize orders, use the Shopify Update Order steptype to update them on a customer's order. When your team reaches this step in the flow, FlowEQ will automatically look up the customer's order using their email address in your CRM and update the Shopify tags accordingly.
Title
The title appears up top in Sidekick when your team reaches this step in the flow. We recommend using this field to explain what tags are being added or removed from the order and why.
Specify Tag Options Below
Use this table to specify which tag types you want to set, and what the values of those tags should be.
- Order
- Use this field to set the order in which the tag label and values will be presented in Sidekick.
- Label
- Use this field to select the tag label you wish to use from your Shopify store.
- Value
- Use this field to set the actual value of the order tag itself.
Allow Free Form Tags?
Check this box if you want to give your team the choice of entering their own tags, rather than picking from a prescribed list from your Shopify store
Allow Removing Tags?
Check this box to give your team the option of removing existing tags, in addition to adding new ones.
