## What You Can Do

* Create new records in any Airtable base and table
* Search for existing records by field value

## Quick Tips

* **API key required** — follow the Configuration guide to connect your Airtable account using an API key before adding Airtable steps to your Flows.
* **Search before creating** — use the Search step at the start of your Flow to check whether a record already exists before creating a duplicate.
* **Map your fields** — when building a Create Record step, use the variable picker to pull in data from Zendesk, Salesforce, or other connected systems to populate Airtable fields automatically.
