# Arena Steps

> Overview of the FlowEQ Arena integration and available steps

Arena is a cloud-based Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management System (QMS) platform used by hardware and manufacturing teams to manage BOMs, changes, and quality processes. FlowEQ's Arena integration lets your team create and update quality records and change orders directly from a Flow in Sidekick.

## Quick Tips

* **Enterprise plan required** — Arena steps are only available on FlowEQ's Enterprise or Custom billing plans. Contact [billing@floweq.com](mailto:billing@floweq.com) to enable the integration.
* **Enable the Arena REST API** — the Arena REST API must be enabled in your Arena instance before connecting to FlowEQ. See the Configuration guide for details.
* **Company-level vs. user-level credentials** — during setup you can choose whether all agents share a single Arena account (recommended: use a Machine User) or whether each agent authenticates individually with their own Arena login. Choose based on your audit trail and security requirements.
