# Workboard: Delete Record

> Delete a new Workboard record inside of FlowEQ

If a Workboard record represents work that doesn't need to be done any more or needs to be removed for other reasons, use the **Workboard Delete Record** steptype to do so. This steptype automatically selects the Workboard record associated with the CRM case or ticket your team is on.

## Step Configuration

In addition to the general step configuration options, this step has the following specific options that can be configured.

<Warning>
  Unless you're know exactly what you're doing, you probably want to leave the *Automatically Run this Step?* box unchecked, giving your team the decision on whether to delete the record or not.
