ShipStation is a multi-carrier shipping and order management platform used by e-commerce teams to process orders, print labels, and track shipments. FlowEQ's ShipStation integration lets your team create orders and look up shipping information directly from a Flow in Sidekick.

## Quick Tips

* **API credentials required** — follow the Configuration guide to connect FlowEQ to ShipStation with your API key and secret before adding ShipStation steps to your Flows.
* **Pull tracking in real time** — use the Search Shipments step to look up a shipment's carrier, tracking number, and status directly in Sidekick so agents can answer shipping questions without leaving the ticket.
* **Combine with CRM data** — pair ShipStation steps with Salesforce or Zendesk steps in the same Flow to cross-reference order data with customer records.
