# ShipStation: Search Shipments

> Use FlowEQ to find a shipment in ShipStation

When a customer has a question about their shipment, your team would very likely need to search for and review that shipment in ShipStation to answer that question. But that can mean time lost to clicking back and forth between tabs, excessive copying and pasting, and introduces the chance for human error.

Instead, use the **ShipStation Search Shipments** steptype to bring up the details of a shipment in ShipStation, right there in Sidekick next to the support ticket. No bouncing between tabs required.

## Step Configuration

In addition to the general step configuration options, this step has the following specific options that can be configured.

### Enter Trailing Start Days

Use this field to specify how far back in time you want to **begin** your search. The default value is 30 days but you can change this to whatever you like.

### Enter Trailing End Days

Use this field to specify how far back in time you want to **end** your search. For example:

* To search for orders created no less than two weeks ago, set this value to 14.
* To search for orders that were created today, set the value to 0.
