Stripe is a payment processing and billing platform used to manage charges, invoices, and subscription billing. FlowEQ's Stripe integration lets your team look up charges and create invoices directly from a Flow in Sidekick.

* **API key required** — follow the Configuration guide to connect FlowEQ to Stripe with your API key before adding Stripe steps to your Flows.
* **Look up before acting** — use the List Charges step early in a billing Flow to surface the customer's recent payment history. Agents can review charges directly in Sidekick before deciding whether to issue an invoice or escalate.
