The Flow Builder can now opt to hide individual fields from Sidekick
Zendesk: Update Ticket Fields
Tags can now be added to tickets by selecting the Ticket Tags field
NOTE: At this time, tags can only be added to tickets. They cannot be removed. Please reach out to FlowEQ support if you’re interested in removing individual tags
Additional Changes
Across many steps in Flow Builder, when selecting a field in a Step, you will no longer be able to choose the same Field twice
This change should reduce issues where a value was entered more than once, causing unexpected behaviors
