  • When Sidekick is loaded in Zendesk, there should be significant loading time improvements
    • This will help with the initial load, as well as loading individual steps
    • The change cuts down on unnecessary API calls to Zendesk, which saves time and will cut down on total API usage when using FlowEQ with Zendesk
    • More changes to come!

  • Arena: Create Quality Process and Arena: Update Quality Process
    • For multi-select dropdowns in Arena, we will separate values using a semicolon (;) or a comma (,)
    • In cases where you you have values that contain BOTH of those characters, you can now put each value on a new line
      • When separating values by new lines, we will no longer separate by semicolon or commas

  • Jira: Create Issue and Zendesk: Link A Jira Issue
  • When a user was marked as inactive, they could login to FlowEQ but was unable to see Flows, run Flows, or make chanegs in the FlowEQ platform
    • Resolved this issue so that inactive users cannot login to FlowEQ at all

  • On the Manage Company -> Team page, the “Select All” checkbox will now only select users in the current filter
  • When downloading CSV files for events, step mappings, etc., we will not send an email with the CSV instead of downloading it directly
    • There are additional areas where are still adding this functionality

  • Basecamp: Create To-Do
    • Added pagination to the Project, To-Do List, Assignees, and Subscribers fields
    • Added support for multiple To-Do Sets (called Tools in the Basecamp UI)
    • Selecting a different Project, Tool, or To-Do List will now refresh the available options in the dependent fields
  • Salesforce: Create New Chatter Feed Item
    • Added support for additional Salesforce Object types when creating a Chatter Feed Item
  • Salesforce: Send Email
    • Fixed a formatting issue in Sidekick where extra lines were visible only in Sidekick when using lists
    • Resolved a problem where bulleted lists in Flow Builder were rendering as numbered lists in Sidekick and in the resulting email
    • Added better support for indenting lists in Flow Builder so that they render correctly in Sidekick and in the resulting email
  • Zendesk: Add Ticket Comment
    • Resolved a problem where bulleted lists render as numbered lists in Sidekick and in the resulting ticket comment
    • Added better support for indenting lists in Flow Builder so that they render correctly in Sidekick and in the resulting ticket comment
  • Zendesk: Update Ticket Fields
    • Added the ability to update Lookup Fields (User, Organization, or Ticket fields only) in Zendesk

Flow Manager

  • Resolved an issue where if a user was assigned to a group, they would only see Flows assigned to that group
  • Added a banner in Flow Builder indicating you have a network connection issue
    • This banner will appear if you lose your internet connection while in Flow Builder
    • The banner will disappear once your connection is restored
    • NOTE: If you lose your connection while in Flow Builder, any unsaved changes will be lost if you do not reconnect before closing the browser tab
  • When copying a Flow in Flow Manager, we will no longer create empty versions in the copy
    • Previously, the copy had all versions from the original Flow, but these versions were empty

Sidekick

  • Resolved an issue that caused a Stripe section to appear in the Snapshot, even when Stripe was not configured
  • We will now highlight the searched text when searching for a Flow

Flow Manager

  • Updated the Trashcan in the Flow Builder to be more user friendly
    • Group by the item type (Workboard, Step Templates, and Flows)
    • Sort the list by the date deleted, with the most recently deleted items at the top
  • In Flow Manager, if you delete a Flow, delete the category, then try to restore a Flow, we will now move that Flow into a Restored category
    • This will prevent issues where a Flow is restored but the category it was in no longer exists
    • NOTE When a Flow is restored, it will not be visible in Sidekick until it has been moved into an active category

Sidekick

  • Resolved an issue in Sidekick that prevented suggested Flows from being displayed unless you ran a Flow first

  • Arena: Create Quality Process
    • Added functionality that will truncate a field down to 4000 characters before submitting to Arena
    • This behavior will occur in Sidekick and in background runs of Flows
    • NOTE: This is automatic and not configurable, as Arena only allows a maximum of 4000 characters for text fields

    • The Flow Builder can now opt to hide individual fields from Sidekick
  • Zendesk: Update Ticket Fields
    • If a field is marked as “Inactive” in Zendesk, we will now indicate in the field name that it is inactive
    • When a field is inactive, we will disable the text box and display a message indicating that the field is inactive
    • Tags can now be added to tickets by selecting the Ticket Tags field
      • NOTE: At this time, tags can only be added to tickets. They cannot be removed. Please reach out to FlowEQ support if you’re interested in removing individual tags
  • Additional Changes
    • Across many steps in Flow Builder, when selecting a field in a Step, you will no longer be able to choose the same Field twice
    • This change should reduce issues where a value was entered more than once, causing unexpected behaviors

    • Added the abiltiy to select multiple team members and mark them as active or inactive
  • Insights (Beta)
    • On the Flow Data Set, the Flow Category and the Median Time of Completion are now columns
