- Resolved an issue in Sidekick that prevented suggested Flows from being displayed unless you ran a Flow first

- In Flow Manager, if you delete a Flow, delete the category, then try to restore a Flow, we will now move that Flow into a Restored category
- This will prevent issues where a Flow is restored but the category it was in no longer exists
- NOTE When a Flow is restored, it will not be visible in Sidekick until it has been moved into an active category

- Added functionality that will truncate a field down to 4000 characters before submitting to Arena

- Zendesk: Update Ticket Fields
- If a field is marked as “Inactive” in Zendesk, we will now indicate in the field name that it is inactive
- When a field is inactive, we will disable the text box and display a message indicating that the field is inactive

- In Sidekick, there is no an error if the body of the email is empty or if the “To Email” field is empty

- Zendesk: Update Ticket Fields
- Fields that are marked as “Inactive” in Zendesk will no longer appear in the Fields dropdown
- If you have an existing field that was configured that is inactive, there will be no name listed for the field

- The Flow Builder can now opt to hide individual fields from Sidekick
- Zendesk: Update Ticket Fields
- Tags can now be added to tickets by selecting the Ticket Tags field
- NOTE: At this time, tags can only be added to tickets. They cannot be removed. Please reach out to FlowEQ support if you’re interested in removing individual tags
- Additional Changes
- Across many steps in Flow Builder, when selecting a field in a Step, you will no longer be able to choose the same Field twice
- This change should reduce issues where a value was entered more than once, causing unexpected behaviors
