This page is not a comprehensive list of all product updates. It will contain customer requested features, changes, and fixes. It will also contain any important updates related to the product.

- Zendesk: Update Ticket Fields
- When using a lookup field, we will now render the label for the field in Sidekick and Flow Manager instead of showing the raw ID value
- Salesforce: Create New Chatter Feed Item
- In Flow Builder, you can now add attachments to the Chatter Feed Item step
- Optionally, you can choose to allow your agents to add attachments in Sidekick when they run the Flow

Steps
- Arena: Create Quality Process and Arena: Update Quality Process
- When first adding these steps to a Flow, we will now automatically mark required attributes as required in the step

- Added the ability to use variables in the Due Date field, such as setting the Due Date to be a certain number of days after the current date
- You can now set the status of a step in the Quality Process to Open or Completed. Previously, steps could only be marked as Completed
- Schedule Flow on Delay
- Added an option to re-run a partially or already completed Flow when scheduling a Flow
Flow Manager
- Added the Ticket / Record ID to the Flow Step Comments in Flow Manager

- Any place where a date picker is used, we will now show the date in ISO format (
YYYY-MM-DD) to avoid any confusion around date formats in different regions - You can nonw paste dates in ISO format (

- Added new functionality where the Flow Builder set the step to delete the partially created Quality Process if the step fails
Flow Manager
- Added the Group Name to the Manage Company -> Team page in Flow Manager
- The Flow Step Comments modal in Flow Manager will not only render seven days of comments by default
- There is a new “Filter Comments” icon that will allow picking a range of dates for comments
- Added Salesforce Voice Calls and Contacts to Flow Suggestion criteria

- Resolved an issue where the Insights app may have inaccurate group information

- If specific characters are used in the Airtable field name, the step would not properly store variables for later use
- Arena: Create Quality Process
- You can now set the Owner of the Quality Process to be the current user logged into FlowEQ
- Added better handling for cases where a user has multiple sessions of FlowEQ open

- For each Quality Process step, you can now set the Assignee, Due Date, and mark the step as Completed

- Resolved an issue where, if no weight was specified for the item, the step would throw an error
Flow Manager
- Resolved an issue where uploading an image in a Rich Text field (Decision Trees, Rich Text, etc.) would result in the image not actually uploading
- Resolved an issue where the undo shortcut on the keyboard would not undo recent text in any step with Rich Text
- Resolved an issue where all Flows were not visible when editing the Boomerang Selected Flow or Launch Selected Flow step types
- Resolved an issue where the Flow name would not appear when editing a Flow in Flow Builder
- Resolved an issue in Sidekick, if the Boomerang Selected Flow or Launch Selected Flow step was configured with a Flow that the user cannot see, Sidekick would crash

- Updated the wording in Flow Builder to better indicate that if someone is not a member of a group, they can see all Flows by default

Flow Manager
- On the Manage Company -> Team page, the “Select All” checkbox will now only select users in the current filter
- When downloading CSV files for events, step mappings, etc., we will not send an email with the CSV instead of downloading it directly
- There are additional areas where are still adding this functionality
- When exporting step comments, you can now choose the date range to export
- Added a new Salesforce variable
<%= salesforce.CurrentUserId %>- This variable can be used in any step to reference the Salesforce User ID of the user whose credentials are being used in the Salesforce connection
- This is useful for steps where you need to assign records to the current user, such as creating tasks or events
Sidekick
- When Sidekick is loaded in Zendesk, there should be significant loading time improvements
- This will help with the initial load, as well as loading individual steps
- The change cuts down on unnecessary API calls to Zendesk, which saves time and will cut down on total API usage when using FlowEQ with Zendesk
- More changes to come!
Additional Changes
- When a user was marked as inactive, they could login to FlowEQ but was unable to see Flows, run Flows, or make chanegs in the FlowEQ platform
- Resolved this issue so that inactive users cannot login to FlowEQ at all

- When copying a Flow in Flow Manager, we will no longer create empty versions in the copy

- Resolved an issue that caused a Stripe section to appear in the Snapshot, even when Stripe was not configured

Flow Manager
- Updated the Trashcan in the Flow Builder to be more user friendly
- Group by the item type (Workboard, Step Templates, and Flows)
- Sort the list by the date deleted, with the most recently deleted items at the top
- In Flow Manager, if you delete a Flow, delete the category, then try to restore a Flow, we will now move that Flow into a Restored category
- This will prevent issues where a Flow is restored but the category it was in no longer exists
- NOTE When a Flow is restored, it will not be visible in Sidekick until it has been moved into an active category

- Resolved an issue in Sidekick that prevented suggested Flows from being displayed unless you ran a Flow first

- Tags can now be added to tickets by selecting the Ticket Tags field
- NOTE: At this time, tags can only be added to tickets. They cannot be removed. Please reach out to FlowEQ support if you’re interested in removing individual tags

- Across many steps in Flow Builder, when selecting a field in a Step, you will no longer be able to choose the same Field twice
- This change should reduce issues where a value was entered more than once, causing unexpected behaviors
