- Username and password required — follow the Configuration guide to connect FlowEQ to DCL with your DCL account credentials before adding DCL steps to your Flows.
- Search first, then act — use the Search by Order Number or Search by PO Number step at the start of your Flow to pull order details into the session before creating an RMA. This lets you pre-populate RMA fields and confirm you have the right order.
