Use a dedicated Flow to run another Flow at a later time
Use the Schedule Flow on a Delay steptype to automatically launch another Flow at a designated time. This is great when you want to give enough time for a customer to respond before following up or there is some other time-based factor to your team’s processes.
Since scheduled Flows will automatically run in the background without an agent opening the Flow in Sidekick, scheduled Flows can only be built using Background-runnable step types. For more information, check out this article: Which steps can run in the background?
Check this box to prompt the agent to choose a specific date and time for the specified Flow to run. Agents can only choose a date up to 30 days into the future. When a date and time are specified, it overrides the delay in minutes field below.
Use this field to select the Flow you wish to launch in the future. Reminder: only Flows built entirely with background-runnable steptypes will appear in this dropdown list for you to select.
Use this field to specify the number of minutes into the future when the selected Flow should be launched. The maximum number of minutes is 43,200 (equal to 30 days).
