Zendesk is a customer service platform built for support teams to manage tickets, conversations, and customer relationships at scale. FlowEQ connects natively to Zendesk, enabling your team to take action on tickets directly from Sidekick without leaving Zendesk. Zendesk

Quick Tips

  • Connect before using steps — a Zendesk admin must log in to Zendesk inside FlowEQ before step types are available. This can be done before agents have FlowEQ accounts.
  • Install from the Marketplace — install the FlowEQ app from the Zendesk Marketplace to get Sidekick embedded directly inside Zendesk tickets, so agents can run Flows without switching tabs.
  • Company-level config — Zendesk steps act on behalf of the connected FlowEQ integration account. Review the Configuration page to understand how company-level credentials affect actions like comments and ticket creation.
