Quick Tips
- Connect before using steps — a Zendesk admin must log in to Zendesk inside FlowEQ before step types are available. This can be done before agents have FlowEQ accounts.
- Install from the Marketplace — install the FlowEQ app from the Zendesk Marketplace to get Sidekick embedded directly inside Zendesk tickets, so agents can run Flows without switching tabs.
- Company-level config — Zendesk steps act on behalf of the connected FlowEQ integration account. Review the Configuration page to understand how company-level credentials affect actions like comments and ticket creation.
