Filter products shown in Sidekick?
If you have a many products in your lineup, it can be a bit overwhelming for your team to select the model from a dropdown list - especially if there are minor differences between products with similar names or SKUs.
Instead, you can choose only a small set of products to offer to your team when creating an order. When used in conjunction with a Decision Tree steptype, we've had customers whittle down this list to just one filtered product, guaranteeing the right one is ordered every time.
