Overview
Learn a little bit about Flows, steps, and what FlowEQ is about.
If you’re reading this, we’re guessing that your business has some pretty complicated processes. They may have caused headaches for your team and you’ve been looking for a way to solve it all with FlowEQ.
Log into FlowEQ
You can login to FlowEQ by going to our sign in page. Only Flow Builders or Contributors will need to go to this page directly. Your agents will be running Flows from your CRM or from the browser extension.
If you haven’t logged in already, sign up for a FlowEQ demo where you can tell us about the challenges you’re facing, and we’ll set you up with an account. For the most seamless experience, we recommend logging in using your Zendesk, Salesforce. or Zoho credentials.
Flow Manager
The Flow Manager is your home page for all things FlowEQ. On this page, you will see all of the available categories and their associated Flows. In addition, you can move the Flows and categories.
Flow Builder
In the Flow Builder, you’ll see three main components.
- Flow Diagram
- This will become the visual representation of the Flow as you build it.
- Sidekick Preview
- In the left rail, you’ll see a more linear representation of the Flow, which can follow a particular path through Decision Tree steps (more on that later) - and give an idea of what your team will see in Sidekick
- Publish Changes button
- Your Flow will be saved automatically as you build it. But it won’t be available for your team to follow until you hit this button.## Flows and Steps
Each Flow is a collection of steps that your team will follow to complete a process.
Steps
Every step within a Flow is a specific action that your team will take. For example, a Decision Tree steptype will ask your team a question and give them multiple choices to choose from. A Rich Text steptype will give your team instructions or context for the process.
