When your team is chatting with your customers and needs to make a new ticket in Freshdesk, you can use the Freshchat: Create Ticket from Conversation steptype in Flow Builder to do that for them automatically.
Title
This appears up top in Sidekick when your team reaches this step in your flow. You can name anything you like. We suggest keeping it simple with something like "Create New Ticket" or "Creating New Ticket..." if it's set to auto-run.
Automatically run when step is launched?
Check this box to create the ticket automatically as soon as your team reaches this step in the flow. You'll need to fully configure the ticket from Flow Builder since your team won't have the chance to add details through Sidekick.
Default Email
Enter the ticket requester's email address here. Your team can enter it manually in Sidekick or you can use the ➕ button to pull the email as a variable from another field in Freshchat and other systems you've connected to FlowEQ.
Default Subject
Enter the subject of the new ticket. You can hard code it here in Flow Builder, pull in variables from other FlowEQ-connected systems with the ➕ button, or leave it blank for your team to enter in Sidekick.
Default Description
Enter the main body of the ticket. You can use this space to set a template for your team to fill out, or fill it with variables using the ➕ button.
Priority
Sets the priority of the newly created ticket.
Status
Sets the status of the newly created ticket.
