Freshchat helps you offer anytime, personalized customer support powered by bot and human assistance across convenient and familiar channels. Once set up, the FlowEQ/Freshchat integration enables the following steptypes:

Setting up the Freshchat integration
- Log into your Freshchat instance
- Look at your browser's address bar and note your subdomain name. You'll need this later.
- For example, if your Freshdesk URL begins with mycompany.freshdesk.com, your subdomain name iscompany.
- Click the Admin gear in the left rail, then click API Tokens.
- Click Generate Token and copy the API token that appears.
- Open FlowEQ > Integrations Lab > Freshdesk option, or click here.
- and click the Set Up button.
- In the subdomain field, enter the subdomain you noted in step 2.
- In the API key, paste the API you copied from Freshchat in step 4.
- Click Save.
