What are Base IDs and Table IDs?
When viewing a particular table in Airtable, the URL is composed of three parts. You will need the Base ID part to use the Airtable Create Record steptype.
Base ID
Enter the base ID where you want a new record to be created. If this ID is available in your CRM or another system connected to FlowEQ, use the ➕ button to pull that ID in as a variable.
- Hide Field in Sidekick?
- Check this box to prevent your team from editing the Base ID in Sidekick before the record is created.
- This checkbox is useful if this step in your flow only ever needs to create records in one particular Airtable database.
Table Name
Enter the Table Name where you want a new record to be created. This table name will need to match the name of the table exactly how it appears when viewed inside of Airtable.
