Rather than send your team over to a new browser tab to find details on a particular order, only to have them copy and paste those details back into your support ticket, you can automate that whole process instead.
Use the DCL Search Orders by Order Number steptype to immediately bring up the details of a particular order without ever leaving the support ticket or case.
Title
The title appears up top in Sidekick when your team reaches this step in the flow. We recommend using this field to explain what kind of search your team should be doing at this step and why.
Search Orders - Run Automatically?
Check this box to immediately begin the order search in DCL when your team reaches this step in the flow. If checked, you will need to fully configure this steptype in Flow Builder because your team won't be given the chance to enter their own search terms.
Order Number
Use this field to enter the order number you wish to view. You can fill in this value for your team automatically using the ➕ variable button to pull in the order number from your CRM ticket field (or any other system connected to FlowEQ) or leave it blank for your team to enter manually in Sidekick.
You can also check the Hide Field in Sidekick? box to prevent your team from seeing or editing the search term before the search runs, if you wish.
