How to delete a record in Workboard

If a Workboard record represents work that doesn't need to be done any more or needs to be removed for other reasons, use the Workboard Delete Record steptype to do so. This steptype automatically selects the Workboard record associated with the CRM case or ticket your team is on.

Title

The title appears up top in Sidekick when your team reaches this step in the flow. We recommend using this field to concisely explain which type of Workboard record is being deleted and why.

Automatically Run this Step?

Check this box to immediately delete the Workboard record associated with the current ticket or case in your CRM, from Sidekick.

Unless you're know exactly what you're doing, you probably want to leave this box unchecked, giving your team the decision on whether to delete the record or not.
