Your Workboard contains records, each with details about the particular item, request, or process. The data remains fixed until updated with the Update Record steptype. But you can link these records to live objects to automatically bring in new data - like a return shipment's statuses on it's way back to the warehouse - and keep your records up to date.
The objects currently available to be linked are:
- Arena - Effective Change Item
- EasyPost Tracker Inbound
- EasyPost Tracker Outbound
- ShipEngine Label Inbound
- ShipEngine Label Outbound
- DocuSign Envelope

The title appears up top in Sidekick when your team reaches this step in the flow. We recommend using this field to explain which object (like a shipping status) is being attached to the record associated with your team's current Sidekick session.

All fields can use variables with the ➕ button to fill in details from your other FlowEQ-connected systems - like a tracking number - and can also be updated manually by your team in Sidekick.
- Arena Effective Change Item
- You will need to provide the Change ID and Item ID for the relevant change item.
- EasyPost Trackers (both Inbound and Outbound)
- You'll need to provide the Tracking Code for a particular shipping label. (For example, 1234567891) and the Carrier Code (Fedex)
- Shipengine Labels (both Inbound and Outbound)
- The ID of the relevant label created in Shipengine.
