How to set up the Arena integration

This article will walk you through the process of setting up the Arena QMS integration with FlowEQ. Once activated, this integration will introduce new step types in Flow Builder that will enable you to create and update quality processes and make changes in Arena directly within your workflows.

1. Open Arena at app.bom.com
   
   
2. Click your Profile icon in the top right, then click Workspace Settings.
   
   
   
3. In the browser address bar, copy the workplace ID number at the end of the URL.
   
   
   
4. Open FlowEQ, then open the Integrations Lab, or click here.
   
   
5. Paste the number you copied in Step 2 into the Enter Workspace ID field.
   
6. At this point, you have a decision on which type of account you want to use with Arena steptypes.
   
   If you want team members to use their own Arena user-level accounts when creating Quality Processes, and using other Arena steptypes leave the Email and Password fields blank. This option will have each team member's user-level account associated with changes made using Arena steptypes.
   
   If you want your team to all use one company-level account with all Arena steptypes, enter the email and password for that account here. With this option all changes made using Arena steptypes will be associated with the same company-level account.
   
   
7. Click the Save button.

Your Arena integration is now set up and you can build flows using all Arena steptypes.
