When the next step in handling a customer is removing a customer's billing information for your team's reasons or at the customer's request, use the Recurly Remove Billing from Account steptype to handle the whole process from within Sidekick.
Title
The title appears up top in Sidekick when your team reaches this step in the flow. We recommend using to let your team know this step will handle the deletion of the customer's billing details.
Search Customers - Run Automatically?
Check this box to immediately look up the customer in Recurly with a given email address when your team reaches this step in the flow.
Email Address
Use this field to provide the steptype an email address to look up the customer in Recurly. You can pull in their email address from your CRM automatically by using the ➕ variable button.
When a customer is found in Recurly, your team will be given the option to delete their billing information within Sidekick.
Hide Field in Sidekick?
Check this box to prevent your team from seeing or changing the email address used to look up the customer in Recurly.
Remove Billing - Run Automatically?
Check this box to immediately delete a customer's billing information when their account is found in Recurly.
