After you’ve used FlowEQ to create a new UCC filing, follow it up with the UCC Download a filing steptype to immediately give your team access to view and download that filing as a PDF.

Step Configuration

In addition to the general step configuration options, this step has the following specific options that can be configured.

Default Filename

Use this field to automatically set the filename of the downloaded PDF. You can write any values here to create a template, as well as pull in variables with the button to give each file a unique name. For example, if you wanted to include the Salesforce Case Record number and current date in the filename on a New County filing, use the following values in this field: Case <%= salesforce.Case.Id %> | New County Filing | <%= currentDate %>.pdf With these values, the resulting PDF document will have this filename: Case 12345 | New County Filing | 2022-07-01.pdf

Run Automatically?

Check this box to immediately render the UCC filing available for download when your team reaches this step, rather than asking your team to click a button before they can download the document. This is handy for keeping your Flows running more quickly.
