Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings are legal documents used in secured transactions to establish a creditor’s interest in a debtor’s collateral. FlowEQ’s UCC integration automates the creation, submission, and retrieval of UCC filings directly from a Flow.
UCC step types require a FlowEQ custom plan that includes Workboard. Contact billing@floweq.com to enable this integration.

Quick Tips

  • Multiple filing methods — FlowEQ supports UCC filings via PDF generation, physical mail, direct API submission to individual states, and via Simplifile. Contact support@floweq.com to confirm which methods are available for the states and counties you work with.
  • Workboard is required — UCC steps are built around the FlowEQ Workboard, which tracks the lifecycle of each filing. Make sure Workboard is set up in your account before building UCC Flows.
