WooCommerce is a popular e-commerce plugin for WordPress that allows users to create and manage online stores easily. Once the WooCommerce/FlowEQ integration is set up, it allows you to search for customers and fetch details for any of their order in your WooCommerce store directly from FlowEQ. This integration can help you save time and streamline your workflow by providing quick access to important information without needing to switch between platforms.

How to connect a WooCommerce store to FlowEQ

For the most up-to-date instructions for getting a WooCommerce API key, please refer to the WooCommerce documentation.
This process can be done across multiple stores, but for the sake of simplicity, we’ll just cover how to connect one store. To connect your WooCommerce store to FlowEQ, follow these steps:
  1. Using the steps in the WooCommerce documentation, generate a Consumer Key and Consumer Secret for your WooCommerce store. Make sure to copy these keys as you’ll need them in the next steps
  2. With the Consumer Key and Secret, click here or open FlowEQ > Integrations Lab > WooCommerce > Set Up
  3. Click ADD STORE
  4. Enter the following details:
    • Store URL: The URL of your WooCommerce store (e.g., https://yourstore.com)
    • Consumer Key: The Consumer Key you generated in step 1
    • Consumer Secret: The Consumer Secret you generated in step 1
    • Store Name: A name to identify your store in FlowEQ
  5. Click SAVE STORE
Once you’ve completed these steps, your WooCommerce store will be connected to FlowEQ, and you can start using the integration to search for customers and fetch order details directly from FlowEQ.
