  • After configuring the Stripe integration, why am I seeing API calls being performed without any Flows that contain Stripe steps being executed?
  • What is causing my Stripe API usage to increase without performing any Stripe-related steps?

Answer

After configuring the Stripe integration, Sidekick will automatically check for any Stripe customers with an email address that matches the Ticket Requester each time Sidekick loads. This check requires calling the Stripe API and will cause the usage to increment up.
