Quick Tips
- Enterprise plan required — Arena steps are only available on FlowEQ’s Enterprise or Custom billing plans. Contact billing@floweq.com to enable the integration.
- Enable the Arena REST API — the Arena REST API must be enabled in your Arena instance before connecting to FlowEQ. See the Configuration guide for details.
- Company-level vs. user-level credentials — during setup you can choose whether all agents share a single Arena account (recommended: use a Machine User) or whether each agent authenticates individually with their own Arena login. Choose based on your audit trail and security requirements.
