Beyond using FlowEQ to file new complaints and quality processes from your CRM, you can also use the Arena: Update Quality Process to edit and add more details to existing processes.
This step will not be able to run if the Arena: Create Quality Process step has not previously run on the CRM record or ticket. When a quality process (a complaint for example) is created using the Arena: Create Quality Process steptype, FlowEQ will associate that complaint with the CRM record or ticket it was created from.

Value

When updating multi-select dropdown fields in Arena, you can separate values using a semicolon (;) or a comma (,).If your value contains either of those characters, you can enter each value on a new line in Flow Builder. This will tell us not to separate the values by those characters. When your value is only one line and contains either of those, simply add a blank line below it to avoid splitting the value.
