Sometimes your team just needs to see the details of a customer’s subscription. But going into Recurly to pull up those details directly means bouncing between tabs and too many clicks. Instead, use the Recurly List Subscriptions steptype to give your team details of the customer’s subscription right there in Sidekick, without leaving the ticket.

After running this step, new variables will be populated in Sidekick that reference the selected subscription. These variables all start with Recurly Subscription in the variable picker.

Title

The title appears up top in Sidekick when your team reaches this step in the Flow. We recommend using it to explain that this steptype is for pulling up the customer’s subscription details.

Automatically search for customers

Check this box to immediately begin the search for the customer in Recurly using a specified email address. For this to work, you’ll need to configure this steptype to pull in the email address from your CRM in the next field.

Automatically complete step if only a single subscription is listed

Check this box to automatically complete the step if only a single subscription is found. This is useful if you know that your customers will only ever have one subscription, or if you want to save your team from having to scroll through a list of subscriptions.

Email Address

Use this field to specify the email address to be used to look up the customer in Recurly. Use the button to pull in the email address from your CRM fields automatically, or leave it blank for your team to their own email address, or do both.
