When a customer has a question about their shipment, your team would very likely need to search for and review that shipment in ShipStation to answer that question. But that can mean time lost to clicking back and forth between tabs, excessive copying and pasting, and introduces the chance for human error.Instead, use the ShipStation Search Shipments steptype to bring up the details of a shipment in ShipStation, right there in Sidekick next to the support ticket. No bouncing between tabs required.
The title appears up top in Sidekick when your team reaches this step in the Flow. We recommend using this field to instruct your team to use this steptype to find the status of the customer’s shipment.
Use this field to specify how far back in time you want to begin your search. The default value is 30 days but you can change this to whatever you like.
