When a customer has a question about their order, your team will invariably need to pull up that order to answer that question. But opening up ShipStation to get those details means time lost with bouncing between tabs, copy/pasting and clicking back and forth all the way.Instead, use the ShipStation Search Orders steptype to bring up the details of your customer’s order right there next to the support ticket or case in Sidekick.
The title appears up top in Sidekick when your team reaches this step in the Flow. We recommend using this field to instruct your team to use this steptype to find the status of the customer’s order.
Use this field to specify how far back in time you want to begin your search. The default value is 30 days but you can change this to whatever you like.
