When the next step in handling a customer is removing a customer’s billing information for your team’s reasons or at the customer’s request, use the Recurly Remove Billing from Account steptype to handle the whole process from within Sidekick.
Use this field to provide the steptype an email address to look up the customer in Recurly. You can pull in their email address from your CRM automatically by using the variable button.When a customer is found in Recurly, your team will be given the option to delete their billing information within Sidekick.
