Email templates are great for simple issues. but they become less useful when you have to copy and paste parts of your message from systems outside of Kustomer. Use the Kustomer: Send Email Message steptype to create message templates and automatically fill them with details pulled from other FlowEQ-connected systems.

Step Configuration

In addition to the general step configuration options, this step has the following specific options that can be configured.

Subject

Enter the subject line of the email message here. You can write anything you want here and use FlowEQ variables with the button to pull in details from other FlowEQ-connected systems.

Message

Enter the body of your email message here. Similar to the Subject field, you can write anything you like here and use FlowEQ variables to pull in details from other systems integrated with FlowEQ.
