How to connect Kustomer to FlowEQ
For the most up-to-date instructions for generating a Kustomer API key, refer to the Kustomer API documentation.
- In Kustomer, go to Settings Security API Keys and create a new API key
- Assign the key a role that includes all the permissions listed above. Kustomer’s built-in Org User role covers most of these — confirm all five permissions are included before saving
- Copy the API key — it will only be shown once
- Click here to open the Kustomer integration in FlowEQ, or go to FlowEQ Integrations Lab Kustomer
- Paste the API key and click Save
