Quick Tips

  • API key required — follow the Configuration guide to generate a Kustomer API key with the correct permissions and connect it to FlowEQ before adding Kustomer steps to your Flows.
  • Notes vs. emails — use the Add Note step to leave an internal record for your team, and the Send Email step when the action should go to the customer.
