If you use tags in your Shopify store to categorize orders, use the Shopify Update Order steptype to update them on a customer’s order. When your team reaches this step in the Flow, FlowEQ will automatically look up the customer’s order using their email address in your CRM and update the Shopify tags accordingly. After selecting an order, the team will also be able to edit the order address on unfulfilled items.Documentation Index

Once the step has been added to a Flow and configured to your liking, when an agent runs the Flow, they will see all orders based on the provided email address. The agent will be able to select an order, select tags to add, and modify the shipping address. The address can only be modified if the order is unfulfilled in Shopify. The address entered will be validated to confirm that it is formatted and a valid address.
