Quick Tips

  • API credentials required — follow the Configuration guide to connect FlowEQ to ShipStation with your API key and secret before adding ShipStation steps to your Flows.
  • Pull tracking in real time — use the Search Shipments step to look up a shipment’s carrier, tracking number, and status directly in Sidekick so agents can answer shipping questions without leaving the ticket.
  • Combine with CRM data — pair ShipStation steps with Salesforce or Zendesk steps in the same Flow to cross-reference order data with customer records.
