The Sidekick Chrome extension allows you to use Sidekick on any webpage, not just within the services where FlowEQ has native integrations like Zendesk and Salesforce. This has the benefit of guiding your team every step of the way through complex processes beyond your CRM.

Installing the Sidekick Chrome Extension

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser on your computer
  2. Click here to open the Sidekick Browser extension in the Chrome Web Store
  3. Click Add to Chrome, then click Add Extension
  4. Sidekick is now installed in Chrome. Next, you’ll want to pin it for easy access.
  5. In your Chrome browser, click the puzzle piece button to the right of the web address bar.
  6. Next to FlowEQ, click the white push pin. It will turn into a black push pin, showing that the FlowEQ app will be pinned and accessible next to the address bar at all times.
  7. Click the FlowEQ icon to open the Sidekick app.
  8. Log into the Sidekick app with your FlowEQ account.
