Like the Chrome extension, the Sidekick Firefox extension allows you to use Sidekick on any webpage, enabling you to guide your team through complex processes beyond your CRM and FlowEQ’s many natively-supported integrations.

Installing the Sidekick Firefox Extension

1. Open the Mozilla Firefox browser on your computer.
2. Click here to open the Sidekick Browser extension in Firefox Addons
3. Click Add to Firefox , then up near the address bar click the Add button, then Okay.
4. Open any webpage outside of Firefox Addons, like google.com
5. Click on the FlowEQ icon in the top right corner to open the Sidekick app.
6. Log into the Sidekick app with your FlowEQ account.
