Canceling and refunding an order can be complicated, depending on how your Shopify store is set up. You can use the Shopify: Cancel/Refund Order steptype to streamline this process so your team can handle these cancellations with only a few clicks without leaving the support ticket or case.
This steptype will automatically look up a customer using their email address in your CRM, and find their Shopify orders within a timeframe you specify. When your team reaches this step, they will be given a list of orders for that customer within the given time frame. All your team needs to then do is select the order to be canceled and refunded.

The title appears up top in Sidekick when your team reaches this step in the flow. We recommend keeping this simple with something like "Cancel customer order."
Default Trailing Days for Search
Use this field to set how many days back in time you want to search for the customer's order. By default, this is set to 30 days. With this value, any orders created 31 days ago or more will not appear in Sidekick unless your team manually changes this value to a number greater than 30.
Default Trailing End Days for Search
Use this field to set how many days back in time you want to stop the search for the customer's order. By default, this is set to 0 days. With this value, an order created yesterday will appear in Sidekick. If you were to set this value to 7 days, only orders created eight days ago, or more will appear for cancellation and refund in Sidekick.
