Good comment histories can make or break a successful escalation or a successful collaboration across colleagues and teams. You can use the Salesforce: Add Case Comment to write internal comment templates and even prompt your team to fill in those templates by entering data into Sidekick.
Title
This field will appear up top in Sidekick when your team reaches this step in the flow. Use it to explain what your team needs to do, or if the step is set to auto-complete, use it to explain what this step is doing in the background for your team.
Auto Complete Step?
Check this box to run this step automatically when your team reaches this step. Your team will not be given a chance to enter information, so you'll need to fully configure the steptype here in Flow Builder.
Default to Public Comment?
Check this box to post this comment as a public reply rather than an internal note. Leave this box unchecked if you want this comment to remain internal-only.
Enter Comment Template
Enter the copy for your template in plain text. You can pull in variables from other systems by using the ➕ button, or from your team in Sidekick using placeholders. (see the next item)
Enter Values
Use this menu to prompt your team for input when they reach this step in the flow. You can ask specific questions to your team and give them specific fields to enter their answers. After their answer is given, it can be automatically placed in the body of the comment template.

- Label
