Workboard is the system that can wrangle all your other unwieldy systems into shape. You can create records of processes to begin or work to be done, and link them to objects and records in your systems - like the status of UCC filings, RMA shipping status, and orders outbound to customers.

Custom Record Types

Each FlowEQ customer can define their own custom record types in Workboard. These custom record types are the basis for all records created in Workboard. You can create as many custom record types as you need, and each custom record type can have its own set of fields. Within each record, you can also define a linked object type, which is a record in another system that you want to track. For example, you can create a custom record type for “Shipments” and link it to an EasyPost shipment object. This allows you to track the status of shipments in Workboard and view them in the context of your other records.

Workboards

Inside of the main Workboards page, you can create and manage your Workboards. A Workboard is a collection of views that display records based on defined criteria.

Views

Each Workboard that is defined can contain any number of Views. Each View is a filtered collection of a specific record type. You can define a View so that it shows all records or a subset of records.
