If your team has just created a record - say a UCC filing amendment - and you need to link that to another record - like the initiating UCC filing - use the Workboard Link Record to perform the record lookup and linking in Sidekick.
Step Configuration
In addition to the general step configuration options, this step has the following specific options that can be configured.
Select Record Type
Use this field to select the type of Workboard record you wish to link to your team’s current record in Sidekick.
Enter Search Values
Use this table to specify the search terms that should be used to find the Workboard record to be linked.
- Order
- Use this field to set the order in which the Workboard record fields will be updated and appear in Sidekick.
- Field
- Use this to specify a particular field in a Workboard record to search within.
- Value
- Use this field to enter the search term for the field specified in the previous column.
- You can fill in this search for your team automatically by pulling in details from your current Workboard record, your team’s case or ticket in their CRM, any other details from your FlowEQ-connected systems.
- If left empty, your team will be able to enter their own search terms in Sidekick.
